Government Procurement Connections (GPC) 2008 is a collaborative effort
coordinated by the City of Houston, State of Texas, Houston Federal Executive Board, Port of Houston Authority, Harris County, Metropolitan Transit Authority, Houston Minority Business Council and the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
